Angelica is our contribution to the Nigerian Music industry monopolised by the male acts. Our mission is to create an internationally acceptable female act. Angelica’s singing and dancing talent brings itself to the surface in her debut single music video ‘My Naija Guy’ which is currently enjoying phenomenal airplay on all the Television and Radio Stations across the country. In the last week, MTV Base and Ben T.V, a U.K based television station has also caught the bug and Angelica is now seeping into the consciousness of the U.K crowd. Angelica’s debut album is set to hit the stands by the last week in May, 2006, under the auspices of Kingsley Ogoro Records. The Fifteen-track album boasts of other well arranged and excellently rendered songs such as ‘My Naija Guy’, ‘Don’t Wanna Dance’, ‘Gizzy-Gizzy’, ‘Together Forever’ [ a love song], and ‘Where is the love?’ an emotional ballad which addresses the plight of children in Africa and indeed the world over. Angelica is backed by a formidable team of Songwriters, Producers and Directors who are working tirelessly to put finishing touches to her album. Some of them are Kingsley Ogoro, Sammie Okposo, Kola Munis, and Segun Arinze who make up the creative arm of Kingsley Ogoro Records, with whom Angelica has a recording contract.
